After more than two decades working in government, I experienced firsthand the toll that chronic stress and constant internal pressure can take on the body and mind. Living in ongoing go mode affects sleep, energy, confidence and overall wellbeing.
What began as a personal search for balance through aromatherapy and massage gradually became something deeper. I became fascinated by how the nervous system shapes our experience of stress, calm and resilience, and how true change happens when both the body and subconscious patterns are supported.
I went on to complete my Diploma in Clinical Aromatherapy and expanded into lymphatic drainage, Australian Bush Flower Essences, hypnotherapy, NLP and other integrated mind–body modalities.
Today, I bring these together in a way that supports not just relaxation, but real nervous system regulation.
My work focuses on helping busy working women create space in their nervous system so the body can soften, the mind can slow down and calm, clarity and relaxed energy can become part of daily life.
